The son of the personal physician to King Amyntas of Macedon, I was born in Stageira, Chalcidice, in 384 BC.

As a Greek in the Golden Age, I was a student of Plato at his Academy and also a paid tutor for the young Alexander the Great.

An eclectic scholar, I wrote treatises on almost every subject possible, such as physics, metaphysics, poetry, theater, music, logic, rhetoric, politics, government, ethics, biology and zoology....even mathematics.

Often I am dubbed as the Father of the scientific method...and the Father of formal logic.

Some people claim that I was probably "the last person to know everything there was to be known in his own time."
