In short form, my ideas on the "principle of relativity" became the foundation on which Einstein created his theory of relativity.

Basically, I created the idea of a four-dimensional manifold in which time and space became intertwined and inseparable.

I did all of this while serving as a professor of physics and/or mathematics at universities in Bonn, Konigsberg, Zurich, and Gottingen.

I made contributions in other fields too, especially by introducing number theory into geometry via the idea of a lattice point.

Finally, in 1881, I received the Science Academy's grand prize for my paper on the theory of quadratic forms with integral coeficients.
