Build The Cat To Catch The Rat
In January 2008 in Uruguay, scientists found the skull of a prehistoric car-sized creature, now labeled as the world's largest recorded rodent.
Called Josephoartigasia monesi, the super rodent weighed about 2,200 pounds, based on an analysis of its 21-inch-long skull. It would be a creature that measured some ten feet long, nose to tail (in case you run into it at night).
Question: What would be the relative size (weight, length, height) of the cat needed to capture this rat?
