Food Geometry

Recently, I purchased this unusual book:

It claims that pasta comes in "hundreds of shapes" that have "evolved alongside Italy's cornucopia of local ingredients."

Basically, it is a recipe book that reveals the associated "science, culture, and philosophy" behind each pasta variation. Plus, it offers the equation: The Perfect Shape + The Perfect Sauce = The Geometry of Pasta!

Also, it claims to "unlock the hidden properties of Italy's most mathematically perfect deliciousness."

Now, I await the arrival of books on the geometry of pizza, pastry, hot dogs, candy, etc.
