When A Grade of A
Sometimes, it is unacceptable to produce C students...or even B students!
An example is a course arranged around the following text:
Somehow, I would want students to really know the math included in this book. No allowances for miss-placed decimals, partial credit, skill/ concept gaps, missed classes, or extra credit make-ups!
Yet, I am curious...what math is included in this book? That is, what math does a Nuclear Operator need to know? Use?
However, my curiosity was not enough to justify the $40 cost of this used book (1970) on ebay recently.
