Slices of Pi

Peter Lindborg has discovered an interesting approximation of pi:
(314 + 142)/(2 * 3 * 5 * 7) * 1373/(13 * 73) = 3.1415926539...

Specific to this discovery, he notes that 314 are the first three digits of pi, 142 are the first three decimal digits (rounded), 2, 3, 5, 7 are the first four primes, 1373 can be split into 13 and 73, and 13, 73 and 1373 are all primes!!

As Peter consludes: "Is this amazing or what???!!!"

And, Peter perhaps has too much free time on his hands.
