It is great when people send me information that can be shared via this web site. It is even better when multiple people send the same idea, which is the prompt for this week's resource. More people have suggested this link than any other link.

Vi Hart calls herself a "recreational mathemusician." Yet, in the role of a student, she offers multiple You-Tube videos of doodle explorations of mathematical ideas.

The one video most recommended by others to me is her Infinity Elephants. I found it fascinating!

Watch it...share it...rewatch it...analaze it....appreciate it!

Be forewarned that she casually makes quite critical comments about the "process" of mathematics education. Also, a small tidbit...she is the daughter of George Hart, the computer scientist and artist, who has been recommended in a previous review on this website.
