Food Type 20 Years Ago Today
Bagel 3" diameter, 140 cal. 6" diameter, 35- cal.
Cheeseburger 1 patty, 333 cal. 1 patty, 590 cal.
Spaghetti w/3 meatballs 1 cup sauce, 500 cal. 2 cups sauce, 1020 cal.
Soda 6.5 oz., 85 cal. 20 oz., 250 cal.
Blueberry muffin 1.5 oz., 210 cal.5 oz., 500 cal.

Question 1: Assuming growth in each row is linear, what are the expected "normal" portion sizes (and calorie counts) in the year 2020?

SideNote Plate size has also increased, from 12 to 14 inches in diameter.
