Claim 1: In the United States, more than 33 billion Aspirin tablets are swallowed every year.

Claim 2: In Great Britain, 7 billion Aspirin tablets are swallowed every year.

Claim 3: Internationally, 123 billion Aspirin tablets are swallowed every year.

Claim 4: About 2 Aspirin tablets are swallowed each month for every man, woman, child alive on our planet.

Updated Fact: Today (2012), Americans consume 16,000 tons of aspirin tablets a year, equaling 80 million pills.

Task 1: The first four claims were made in 1987. Using the Updated Fact, how would you revise Claims #2, #3, and #4?

Task 2: If the 80 billion Aspirin tablets were stacked as close as possible on a baseball infield, how high would the rectangular pile of tablets reach?
